How It Works
That's the whole system. Scores update every morning, but they're built for a ~1-week holding period. Once a week is the intended rhythm.
We notify you when the new weekly scores are live. The Home screen shows This Week's Picks – the top-rated coins right now.
Tap any coin to see its score history and what's driving the strength. Green picks are buy candidates. If the screen says “stay in cash,” there's nothing worth buying this week.
coyn42 never touches your money. Buy the top-rated coins on whatever exchange or wallet you already use – Coinbase, Kraken, Binance. How much you invest and how you split it is your call; many users simply divide equally across the top picks.
Keep coins that are still rated a buy, sell the ones that dropped out, add new top picks. If nothing is rated a buy – move to cash and wait.
The Scores
Every morning, our AI reads hundreds of data points and gives each of the top 50 cryptocurrencies a Rank (#1–#50, best to worst right now) and a Quality score from 0 to 100. Rank compares a coin to the other 49 today; Quality checks it against its own past year. Only Quality ≥ 50 is investable – being the best of a weak field isn't good enough.

If no coin combines a top rank with Quality ≥ 50, we say it clearly: stay in cash. Sitting out is a position too – often the best one.

Every weekly signal since March 2025 is recorded and published in the app – including the losing weeks and the cash weeks. Any single week can go against the model; the track record is built over many weekly cycles.
