Web Application (app.coyn42.com)
The coyn42 web application at app.coyn42.com is a separate service from this marketing website. When you log in to the application, a session cookie is set to authenticate your access. This cookie is:
- A first-party, httponly session cookie used solely for authentication
- Not shared with any third parties
- Valid for 30 days and can be cleared by logging out
The application stores user-generated data (paper trades, scoring runs) on the server for the purpose of providing the service. This data is not shared with third parties. The application is hosted on Fly.io (Frankfurt, Germany).
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance — providing the service you requested).
Cookies
This marketing website (coyn42.com) does not set any cookies. The web application (app.coyn42.com) uses a single authentication cookie as described above.
